Pushers Social Publisher (“the app”) is operated by the Pushers digital agency (wepushers.com). This policy explains what data the app processes when you connect a social media account.

Data we access

• Basic profile information of the connected account (account ID, name, username, avatar).
• Access and refresh tokens issued by the platform through OAuth.
• Content you choose to publish through the app (text, images, video) and the identifiers/links of the resulting posts.
• Performance metrics of your own posts and accounts (views, reach, likes, comments, shares, followers) as provided by the platform APIs.

How we use it

Only to publish content at your request, to schedule publications you created, and to show you statistics of your own accounts. We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties except the social platform you publish to and our infrastructure providers (hosting and file storage) acting on our behalf.

Storage and security

Tokens and statistics are stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator with restricted access. Media files are stored temporarily in private cloud storage, served via expiring signed links, and automatically deleted after 14 days.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account remains connected. You can disconnect at any time in the app or revoke access in the platform’s settings; see data deletion instructions. On request we delete all data related to your account within 30 days.
